AbstractIt is distressing to an observer from south of Canada to read the paper from the Ontario College of Family Physicians (Rosser and Kasperski). It indicates disruption and confusion within an admirable healthcare system - a system with a reputation of getting things right when it comes to family practice and primary care. Apparently, all is not well.
