New Study Finds One in Four Hospitalizations Is Drug Related

Abstract
A recent study by Samoy et al. (2006) found that almost 25% of patients admitted to the internal medicine ward of British Columbia's largest hospital are there because of sickness brought on by adverse drug reactions.
