In this article, Mrayyan discusses the key nursing issues of autonomy, nursing minimum data sets and job and client satisfaction that are integral to nursing practice. Each of these issues and its importance could be explored individually or, as Mrayyan has done, in terms of its relationship to the others and how integrating them might enhance nursing practice.
