Great interview Ken!

I don't think DB hasn't recognized the impact that technology plays in the daily lives of patients and professionals. For example, both are using iPhones & Skype to communicate. The bigger problem I foresee is having institutions get up to speed to bring technology into 21st. century execution for professional-patient care expectations. Convenience of visits to security and reliability of getting data both need when they need it is important and failure to do so could result in litigation if it can be proven "the system" let them down.
