Ontario won't punish hospitals that won't cut costs

There's no teeth behind a pledge by the Ontario government to cut executive costs at public bodies, opposition parties say, and already hospitals are balking.
QMI Agency has learned Ontario Finance Minister Dwight Duncan won't penalize hospitals or other government-funded entities that fail to reduce executive costs by 10% in the next two years - a target announced in the spring budget.
