Graham serves as Chair of the Board of the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) and as Vice Chair of the Institute for Research on Public Policy. He has extensive experience in governance in the voluntary sector and in the assessment of boards and management teams in both the voluntary and private sectors. | |

| Glenda Yeates is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CIHI. Previously, she served as the Deputy Minister of Health in Saskatchewan for five years (1999 to 2004), and as Deputy Minister of Social Services. She was an assistant deputy minister of Health in Saskatchewan for seven years and held a number of senior posts in the Saskatchewan Department of Finance. | |

Lisa Priest Investigative Reporter, The Globe and Mail |
| Lisa Priest is an investigative reporter with The Globe and Mail. Her work has largely focused on access to health care, particularly cancer care. She has twice won the Michener Award, Canada’s most prestigious public service journalism award, for stories on cancer care. She first won the Michener Award in 1998 as a member of a reporting team at the Toronto Star and most recently with The Globe and Mail in 2005 for her work on access to Herceptin. She has written three books including “Operating in the Dark: The Accountability Crisis in Canada’s Health Care System” written while she was Atkinson Fellow in Journalism at Massey College University of Toronto in 1996. | |

Dr. Bell is an internationally recognized orthopaedic surgeon, healthcare executive, clinician-scientist and educator. | |
