HOOPP's mission is crystal clear

Until recently, the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan, better known as HOOPP to its 260,000 members across the province, has operated under the radar, quietly taking care of the financial health of the province's health-care workers. In fact, says Marty Parker, president and CEO of executive search firm Waterstone Human Capital, HOOPP is one of the great untold Canadian success stories and is an excellent example of how an organization's corporate culture can help drive performance.
