HIMSSAnalytics: Senior nursing executives cite that they are now involved in more strategic organizational meetings, which provide them with the opportunity for input at a higher level, however, it also impacts their ability to accomplish day-to-day tasks.

CIHI: In general, Canadian hospitals saw only a mild increase in the cost per weighted case in 2009 (1.3%). Medium-sized hospitals were the exception with an average increase of 3.3%.
