| He was principal investigator of the project “Adverse Events in Canadian Hospitals”, funded by the Canadian Institute of Health Information and Canadian Institutes for Health Research. His research currently focuses on examining team and organizational factors related to quality improvement. He chairs the Measurement Team for the Safer Healthcare Now! Initiative and helped develop patient safety indicators for the Ontario Hospital Report. | |
