The Cancer Quality Council of Ontario (CQCO) and Cancer Care Ontario (CCO), in partnership with the Canadian Cancer Society - Ontario Division, are pleased to announce the fourth annual call for nominations for the 2009 Quality and Innovation Awards. Once again, these awards will recognize significant contributions to quality or innovation in the delivery of cancer care. Eligible applicants must be involved in the delivery of cancer care within Ontario. Successful applicants will be notified in early November and invited to an awards dinner and presentation in Toronto on December 3, 2009.
