National Agenda: Local Leadership
Larry Ohlhauser and Donald P. Schurman
Abstract
Cultural change is the first step in addressing the issue of patient safety. Strategies to achieve this must be well thought-out and extremely well-executed. Local leadership stimulated by a national agenda is the best way to proceed.
