The Key to Healthcare Reform: Context and Content
Abstract
The risk in the dynamic around medicare reform is not that reasonable people will fail to find the best possible next steps in the development of Canadian healthcare. The risk, quite apparent in Duncan Sinclair's piece, is that the critical policy and service delivery choices will be divorced from the real political context within which potential must be managed. It is critical to focus on both the policy and political context.
