Abstract

The commentators have done exactly what commentators are supposed to do: expanded the discussion of key issues, raised and explored fresh issues and challenged (in this case, with gentleness and tact) aspects of my analysis. Although there are cross-cutting themes, the commentaries offer a refreshing diversity of perspectives.
