Abstract

We want to thank the authors for their thoughtful and passionate commentaries. Each commentary stands on its own, and collectively they make a convincing and eloquent case for greater awareness and action for a "made in Canada" chronic disease prevention and management (CDPM) strategy that will not only transform our healthcare system but also help ensure its sustainability.
