Introduction: Creating Effective Ways to Support Nurses’ Mental Health during COVID-19
The lead paper in this section outlines the mental health and organizational stressors experienced by nurses before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nurse leaders from across Canada were invited to reflect on the lead paper and describe exemplars or case studies of how they created effective ways to enhance nurses’ well-being, specifically their mental health, during the past year.
