Leading Practices Awards were open to all hospitals, healthcare institutions and health management organizations. Four Leading Practices Awards were presented to honour programs and initiatives that show Leadership to Improve Health Care, spanning four categories: Access to Care, Innovation, Patient Experience & Patient Safety and Quality.
