GE Enterprise Archive and the Southwestern Ontario Diagnostic Network

The Southwestern Ontario Diagnostic Network is one of four diagnostic imaging repositories in Ontario, Canada and is the largest to date. Now radiologists, referring physicians and specialists across Southwestern Ontario can view images and reports anywhere, anytime. This repository is the first of its kind in North America to provide access to a comprehensive record of patient images acquired at multiple facilities from multiple vendor platforms.

With this project Canadian customers continue to show that they are global leaders and innovators in healthcare. By partnering with GE Healthcare, a strong-stable technology partner, we are able to create solutions to solve today's healthcare challenges in order to deliver improved patient safety and higher quality of care while boosting productivity and controlling costs. This project is a fabulous demonstration of how technology vendors can collaborate with customers to develop healthcare solutions that serve the patient.
