Abstract
One potential issue with the invited essay's (Zwarenstein 2015) proposed evaluation approach is the Darwinian evolution of a system versus the evaluation/testing of a series of pinpoint solutions. There are many examples of bad research based on the influence of a single factor on a specific outcome. But in reality we need to look at larger systems and their interdependence. Quick testing is great as long as it can be tied to a larger ecosystem of causes and effects.
