Abstract
Canadian organizations are under investing in employee training and development and failing to allocate their training dollars so that they lead to improved business performance. Survey findings from The Conference Board of Canada's Learning and Development Outlook 20051 indicate that Canadian organizations have reached a plateau in dollars spent on employee training.
