OFF THE CUFF

The Honourable Deb Matthews, Ontario’s Minister of Health and Long-Term Care to come to Breakfast with the Chiefs. May 13, 2010.

Adalsteinn Brown has graciously postponed his own presentation in favour of a request from the Honourable Deb Matthews, Minister of Health and Long-Term Care to come to Breakfast with the Chiefs. The Minister will address: Excellent Care for All – a Bill introduced to improve accountability and transparency for the delivery of care in Ontario’s health care system. If passed the Act will complement policy work to reform funding structures in hospitals and fully align the government’s expectations for improved quality with funding incentives, reporting requirements and governance changes in hospitals. ALL registrants for Dr. Brown’s presentation will be honoured. If you have not yet registered please click here.
