At a press conference on Thursday, Federal Health Minister Marjorie Michel announced $80 million over four years for the Terry Fox Research Institute at the Ottawa Hospital. The funding will support the next phase of the Marathon of Hope Cancer Centres Network, advancing precision oncology research and more personalized cancer treatments.
